Sends this student’s group’s finished work for a group challenge, once every step has been submitted. After this the work is final: only an organiser can undo it, and every member and the teacher are sent an e-mail. The person themselves has to confirm it, so a client that cannot ask them gets a panel link and nothing is done.

- Not safe: the same call twice can change data twice.
