Lists the online group challenges open right now on one olympiad for this account: for a student the ones their grade can take part in, with the status of their group if they are in one; for a teacher every open one, with how many groups they have in it. Each carries a project_id for the other group challenge tools and the moment it closes (closes_at). A challenge that is not open yet, or has closed, is not listed.
