Builds the web address of one page of the Main Team panel, so the person can finish something there themselves — paying, editing their details, or reviewing what an AI client did. Nothing is fetched and nothing changes; the link is composed from a fixed list of pages and the olympiad given. Reach for it whenever a task ends in "do this in the panel", and prefer get_payment_link or get_students_payment_link when the task is about paying for specific applications.
