find_exams_for_student

Lists the exams one of this account’s students may still be applied to, with the category, the sitting, the language and the fee. The list accounts for the student’s grade, the caller’s country, what the student already holds and the olympiad’s own same-day rule, so anything it returns is something add_exams_for_students will accept. session_date is the sitting’s calendar day (YYYY-MM-DD, no time and no time zone), and for a sitting run over more than one day, which its name shows, it is the last one. Students in the same grade get the same list, so call it once per grade rather than once per student.
