Creates one group of this teacher’s in a grade group of a group challenge. It takes one of the teacher’s places for that grade group and one of their country’s until it is deleted; when a limit is reached it answers group_limit_teacher or group_limit_country, which the organisers decide — do not retry. On a paid challenge the group waits for its fee, which the teacher pays in the panel (url) before adding students. The first call answers a summary and a confirmation value; nothing is created until the same call is repeated with it. If the confirmed call answers temporarily_unavailable, the group may have been created all the same: call list_my_project_groups before asking to create it again. name is optional: letters, numbers, spaces and . , ' ( ) & _ - only.

What it changes: Writes. The first call only shows what would change and returns a confirmation handle. Nothing changes until the agent calls again with that handle, after you agree.
Repeating it: Not safe: the same call twice can change data twice.
