`list_my_payments`

Lists the payments on this account for one olympiad: what was paid, when, for which exam and for whom. A student sees their own; a supervisor or partner sees the ones they made for their students. Amounts another party paid come back hidden (amount_hidden), which is what the panel does too. Nothing here starts or changes a payment — use get_payment_link or get_students_payment_link for that.
