`list_my_exams`

Lists this student’s exam applications on one olympiad — upcoming, in progress and past — with the exam, the sitting date, whether it is paid, the fee, and hints on whether it can still be changed or cancelled. Start here before adding, changing or cancelling anything, because every one of those tools needs an application_id from this list. The platform does some catch-up work when this is read, so call it when something has actually changed rather than polling it.
